Our Practice

Philip L. Russo, Jr. is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads.  Phil graduated from Princess Anne High School and attended the University of Notre Dame 

where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree.  He is a graduate of the 

Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.  

In 1993, he formed Philip L. Russo, Jr. P.C. and has practiced since then in the 

areas of domestic relations and family law, civil litigation, wills, guardianships, 

and estate litigation.  Phil also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in the court system.  Phil is married and has three children and two grandchildren. 

Tirzah Lynn has been a paralegal in the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years. Tirzah graduated from Bryant & Stratton College in Virginia Beach where she received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies.  

She continued her education receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.  

She serves as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Tirzah is married and has three children.
